By the following refund policy, we will return your money if our product doesn't function properly on your device within 30 days after purchase and our technical support staff cannot fix the problem. However, we can guarantee that your problem will be solved and no refund will be necessary by our 24x5 customer care team. We will make every effort to give you the best products and services.
Terms and Conditions
Your eligibility for a full refund may depend on whether our customer care team can remedy your technical issues with FamiKeep. See our Refund Policy below for more information. If you want to request a refund, please contact us at support#famikeep.com (replace # with @).
According to this refund policy, you could qualify for a full refund within 30 days of the product's purchase date. Please take note that:
1. The refund will only be handled once;
2. No refunds will be given beyond 30 days from the date of purchase;
3. If you refuse to re-install or re-link the FamiKeep software in the case of an upgrade, no refund will be processed; the same request will not apply to any other FamiKeep product purchased during the same time;
Additionally, no reimbursement will be started if the issue is outside FamiKeep's control. Among them are, but not restricted to:
1. No refund will be processed if your device is incompatible with the FamiKeep Compatibility Policy. Our product does not support the following operating systems: Symbian Belle, Windows Phone, Bada, Blackberry 10, and Windows Mobile.
2. No refund will be approved if your device has factory reset, internet connectivity, or OS system upgrade difficulties after buying a FamiKeep membership.
3. If you do not have access to the target phone, if you forget the password, or if the target phone's owner does not permit you to use the FamiKeep-equipped device, no refund will be started.
4. No refund will be made if the target phone loses internet access because the carrier network has changed.
5. No refund would be made if the target device was reset to its factory settings.
6. No refund will be granted if you do not follow the setup instructions provided by our technical support personnel or on our website.
7. If you didn't get the data on the target device before installing FamiKeep, no refund would be started.
8. No refund will be made if you attempt to utilize a single license on multiple devices.
9. No refund will be processed if you change your mind after making a purchase.
10. If FamiKeep is harmed by antivirus software, no reimbursement will be started.
You agree that we can suspend access to specific or all accounts you’ve with FamiKeep in the event of a chargeback by a credit company (or comparable action by a third-party payment provider approved by us) connected to your purchase of any subscription plan(s). Only at our discretion and upon the receipt of the outstanding orders will the account be reactivated. Your credit card statement will show the charges for the service(s) that used our credit card payment processor. Fees associated with chargebacks or other payment disagreements you file.
